Huntington Beach, CA – Bolsa Chica’s Sea Salt Burger and Grill concession stand was recently taken over by new ownership and has undergone a big transformation! Country line dancers in the area have been enjoying some line dancing there for a while now in the hotter months, thanks to Cindi Massengale coming out to be both DJ and instructor on Sunday afternoons–this isn’t anything new! But the venue has now undergone a complete transformation, and has been reimagined as a vibrant, country-western-inspired hotspot featuring live entertainment, outstanding barbecue, good drinks, and the familiar cement dance floor many local dancers are already familiar with.
Opening day was May 3rd, and the response was immediate! Large crowds of party goers jamming into the newly painted and reimagined corral. But it was nothing compared to last weekend for Memorial Day–big crowds, and long waits to get in! Check out their Facebook page and website for more info. Saturday will feature country tribute bands. Sunday will feature Redneck Rodeo each week, as they will be in residency all summer! Make plans to come out and be sure to come by 1 pm to get in on the line dance lessons and open dancing offered both days!
