LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA – Cowboy Country
There’s a lot happening TONIGHT at Cowboy Country! There will be free dance lessons with Joe Thompson at 7:00 & 8:00. The Neil Morrow band takes the stage at 8:30.
Doors open at 6:00. Also, the folks there will have a little memorial for a dear friend lost way too soon: Jay Littlejohn.
Joe’s lessons tonight will be El Paso Cha Cha at 7 pm & then Honey I’m Good at 8 pm.
A little secret about Cowboy Country is to get there before 7 for no cover charge!

Come on out and support a local legion with some line dancing!
Tonight: 7-10 pm $15 includes free drink (up to a $2.50 value) No experience needed here! There will be beginner-driven lessons with floor splits throughout the night to keep everyone dancing! There are plans for this to be an 8-week program, but possibly longer if there’s a demand!

NORCO, CALIFORNIA – Saddle Sore Saloon
When it comes to country line dancing in Norco, Whiskey River on 6th street comes immediately to mind!But just down the street, there’s another, fairly new spot to dance! Leslie Per has been teaching there on Mondays for a while now, and it continues tonight!
Check it out sometime. I’ve been before and had a fun night with the dance crew that joins her there in what is a pretty cool little dive bar just a little north of Whiskey River on Sixth Street!
